The School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, Portugal (ESEPP) articulating the dimensions of education, research and service to the Community offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including 12 master degree, and also CPD and specialization programmes mainly in teacher education but also in other convergent areas such as social education and heritage and cultural management for over 1500 students. ESEPP has been an active participant in UE programs since 1986 and is involved in all aspects of teacher education, having long established links with schools and HE institutions both regionally and internationally.
