The creation of Tourist Activities Management degree resulted from a thoughtful analysis of current needs and requirements of the labour market, either from a thorough reflection of the European and world context, concerning the relationship between education and employability.

It aims to train managers in the tourism sector, economic activity of great importance for the country and increasing expansion, which can operate in the areas of:

› Tourism planning and development in central, regional and local government agencies;

› Hotels management and marketing, travel agencies, airlines and cruise companies;

› Management and operationalization of tourism products and events organization;

› Natural and cultural heritage management.
