The Master in Design provides a high level, specialized training in the area of Design, seeking to meet the current needs of the market and society and to interface between applied research in Design and business, industrial and cultural growth
The course's curriculum dovetails with the initial studies in the undergraduate Degree in Design and is concurrent with the specialised, post-graduate programmes in this area. This degree trains future professionals via co-operation agreements, projects and work placements in the industry, and national and international educational partners, The Master in Design aims at specialising students from creative arts by bolstering a mastery which integrates technique, project practice and theory, and by raising students' awareness and confidence in Design ideas and professional practice. It also seeks to support the growth of the region's industry and of applied research, thus allowing students to advance their careers as Designers.
